Maricarmen has more than 20 years' experience in Accounting and Taxes and has provided consulting services to different industrial, commercial, and service companies.
She managed to reduce the rate of on-site visits by tax authorities (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit and/or Treasury) by implementing controls and processes that ensure the timely fulfillment of taxpayers' tax obligations. She has also participated in the companies' internal and external audit processes, facilitating the flow of information and avoiding the payment of differences or imposition of fines by the authorities.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Financial Administration, and is constantly updating her knowledge of the accounting and tax environments; she focuses on the implementation of best accounting practices, as well as on improving internal controls within companies, thus significantly optimizing resources.
Alejandro’s professional experience is the result of combining consulting with management positions in national and international companies. He is the founder of Amador Consultores, now SEA, Consultoría y Administración, S.C.; he has developed multiple strategies to optimize the tax burden of companies.
He achieved considerable savings by implementing internal policies and controls, and standardizing the country-wide application thereof. He has transformed service departments within the organizations into key areas to improve the working environment, interpersonal relations, and the turnover of staff. Significant achievements in accounting, auditing, expert opinions, social security and payroll processes, as well as in labor relations, staff administration, civil protection, and medical services, optimizing companies' resources and reducing operating and administrative expenses.
He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Information Technology degree, as well as studies in Public Accounting and a specialty in Financial Management; in 2008 he finished the AD-1 program to continue with the "Continuity and Update 2009-2010" program, both from IPADE.
